The majority of items and tasks to be completed and signed off on these documents, are required before any roof or wall cladding is to be installed. So it’s essential to have these controls in place, to avoid non-compliance and minimise defects.
This will save time and money for both the main contractor and the installer and ultimately ensure that your roof will perform as
it is intended to.

Independent Inspections for New Construction

It is our preference to assist in achieving the right outcome the first time (rather than at the end of installation). However, for projects that have already been completed or are near completion, you may be seeking some peace of mind that your roof warranty will not be affected by poor detailing or
sub-standard installation.

We can provide detailed and impartial roof inspection reports, that will identify any areas that require rectification, to bring
them up to the required standards to maintain the requirements of your roof warranty.
